LUBRICATION UNIT (MOUNTED) 1
CAUTION! ALWAYS DISCONNECT THE DISC
CUTTER FROM POWER SOURCE BEFORE MAKING
ADJUSTMENTS.
Install the blade as detailed in the “INSTALLING/
REMOVING TCT BLADES” section.
PRIOR TO OPERATION
1. Power source
Ensure that the power source to be utilized conforms to the
power requirements specified on the product nameplate.
2. Power switch
Ensure that the power switch is in the OFF position. If
the plug is connected to a power receptacle while the
power switch is in the ON position, the power tool will
start operating immediately, which could cause a serious
accident.
3. Extension cord
When the work area is removed from the power source,
use an extension cord of sufficient thickness and rated
capacity. The extension cord should be kept as short as
practicable.
4. Checking and installing the TCT Blades
Check the blade is a specified one and is not cracked,
broken or bent. Check the blade is installed securely. For
installation, refer to “Installing/removing TCT Blades”.
INSTALLING/REMOVING TCT BLADES
1. Installation
(1) Unplug the saw.

(3) Open the lower guard (see fig2).
(4) Place blade “A” onto the flange with the “A” clearly

(5) Align the holes on the blades with the drive pins on the
flange and securely fit the blade onto the flange (see fig4).
(6) Place the blade “B” onto the adaptor with the blade

easily turn in opposite directions.
2. Removal

(4) Lift up and remove Blade “B”.
(5) Lift up and remove Blade “A” (see fig1).
